The scheme of the FungiSNC workflow: FungiSNC provides comprehensive information on sncRNA-seq. FungiSNC has meticulously collected 990 samples from 29 species from the SRA databases and laboratory sequencing datasets. All datasets are processed through our unified pipeline, and the generated results are stored in a MySQL database and displayed in a visual browser and web pages.

The integrated analytical workflow in FungiSNC comprises three core components: data preprocessing, sncRNA detection/annotation, and functional analysis (such as differential expression analysis, sncRNA target genes prediction and functional annotation of targets).

Novel miRNA list. All unclassified reads were considered for detecting candidate novel miRNA genes. Sequence of predicted putative miRNA and miRNA star along with the corresponding tag number, tag count and hairpin structure are provided.
